Our Challenge of Science Leadership 3 Day Course – in house
Many organisations send a few people at a time to the 3 day CSL open course over several years. Attendees get the dual benefit of having a few colleagues with them whilst also meeting and working with a new group.
The In-House Course
Running an in-house course (either at your office or close by) has several organisational benefits:
- Financial – there can be a considerable saving of travel time and cost
- Work – in-house courses participants feedback that they have really appreciated doing the course with their colleagues. It has deepened working relationships and created shared experience around the teaching and the tools which is reinforced in the workplace.
